Your videos stay on your Mac
Hypertime is an offline video playback and analysis app. It accesses the video files you choose so you can play, navigate, zoom and mark up footage. This processing takes place on your Mac.
We do not collect or receive your videos, annotations, app usage, device identifiers or other local app data. Hypertime has no app account, cloud upload, advertising, analytics, remote AI processing or pose-estimation service. We do not sell app data or use it for tracking.
Local storage and your choices
Your video files and any app-created settings or analysis data remain on your Mac. You control the files you open and where you store them. Files you place in a folder synced by another service are subject to that service's settings and privacy policy; Hypertime does not operate that service.
You can delete your files using macOS and remove Hypertime when you no longer wish to use it. Uninstalling an app may leave preferences or saved files behind. Contact us if you need help locating local app data. We cannot access or delete files on your Mac remotely.
App Store purchases and Apple services
Apple processes downloads, purchases and updates through the Mac App Store under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details. Any diagnostics you choose to share through Apple's operating-system controls are managed by Apple and those controls.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate your issue and maintain necessary support records. Do not send footage containing other people's personal information unless you have authority to do so.
Support correspondence is handled through our email provider, Apple iCloud Mail. We use it only for support and necessary business administration. Apple processes email under its published privacy and security terms; your information may be processed outside Australia.
We keep support information only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, handle related follow-up or meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Where a legal obligation requires retention, we will explain the limitation.
This website
This site has no advertising, analytics scripts, account system or contact form. Our hosting and network providers, Cloudflare, may process technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Their processing and retention are governed by its service policies. This website processing is separate from the offline app.

Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the effective date above. Any new app data collection would need to be disclosed before it is introduced.
