App licence

The Mac App Store version is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, unless a different agreement is expressly supplied in the App Store listing. This page provides product and support information and does not replace that agreement.

One-time purchase

Hypertime Player is offered under a one-time purchase licence. No recurring subscription, app account or membership is required to use its offline features. Pricing and supported system requirements are shown in the App Store listing when available.

Your footage

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to open, analyse and share your footage. Keep backups of important files. Video analysis depends on the properties and quality of the source footage.

Apple manages App Store payments and refund requests. Technical support is available through our support page.

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
