Include your macOS version, Hypertime version, what you were trying to do and the steps that reproduce the issue. For playback problems, include the file type and codec if you know them.
Please do not send private footage or personal information about other people. A description is usually enough to start.
Common questions
Does Hypertime need internet access?
Video playback and analysis work offline. No app account or membership is required. Downloading or updating the app through the Mac App Store uses Apple's services.
Are my videos uploaded?
No. Hypertime processes video on your Mac and does not upload your footage to us.
Is this a subscription?
No. Hypertime uses a one-time purchase licence. There is no recurring membership requirement.
How do I get help with an App Store purchase?
Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Visit Apple's purchase support. Contact us for technical help with Hypertime.
